Check In and Check Out
Our charges are calculated the same way as most hotels and motels; bring in your cat(s) either in the morning or early evening hours noted above.
Check out is by 11 am. This allows the afternoon to prepare the room for the next guest. If you pick up after 11am, or in the evening, you will be charged for that day.
We require full payment by cash or personal cheque when you check your cat in. We do not accept debit cards. For stays longer than 30 days, split payments can be arranged.
If we are available, any check in or out outside of normal business hours will be charged a $15.00 fee
What To Bring
We have found that it is best for our guests to keep exactly the same diet as they are used to, so bring enough food for your cat's entire stay. We will try to feed on the same schedule as you do, whether it is once a day or several small feedings. If you have more than one cat, and it is vital for medical or diet reasons that they not eat each other's food, a separate room must be booked.
Bring Proof of Vaccination as described in the vaccination section. We will ask for an Emergency Contact, either where you are going to be or someone we can contact in the local area.
Each room comes supplied with clean bedding, litter and box, food and water bowls, and toys. If you would like to bring a favourite bed, toy, article of clothing, brush, etc. feel free to do so. We will try to return items to you, but it can be hard to keep track of all 30 toys that people have been known to bring. For your cat's safety, move them in a secure carrier. If it is more convenient for you, you can store the carrier here.
